If you're thinking en suite or above, Broadgate is probably your best bet.. Definitely a great place. I would recomend it for anyone on university park as it is quite close. Finally for a giant hall with more than 2000 residents, it is unacceptable to have only two communal areas for all the students! It is owned and maintained by University Partnership Programme. Not worth the overpriced rent but closest self-catered. Just dont go to lower court! The problem is that everything in the basic flats is out of date and a little bit crap and it adds up. I went for en-suite as I really didn't fancy sharing a bathroom with people I didn't know, and an en-suite room guaranteed a newer block. It's expensive if you get a old part of the halls, if you get lower court your forgotten about. Broadgate Park is situated on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre, near the small town of Beeston, directly opposite the University of Nottingham’s main Campus. The Broadgate Park JCR represents the residents of Broadgate Park as well as Albion House[8] (situated nearby in Beeston) and Cloister House[9] (located in Dunkirk)— two other third-party halls owned by UPP Broadgate Park. I don't understand how the woman receptionist got a job there.... awful. Only complaint is ensuite quite small but that's to expect really in student accommodation. Ideal place to stay... In the beginning, you will face undergraduates with obnoxious music in house parties; when you complain, the management team snores. Everything breaks. Even without the wildlife, it's far too expensive for what you get. Reviews take into account everything from value for money, hall management, cleaning services, social experience & wifi. Cleaners useless. Do not regret choosing Broadgate as my option, such an amazing experience to live alone! 1 social area per block needed. The en-suite is rather small but it gets the job done and is totally worth it compared to some of the shared bathrooms I've seen:/ The shop on site is also so handy as I'm always running out of milk and other bits and bobs, and it's decent prices too! Some aspects Could be improved but overall lovely. We love helping people make the best decisions about University life. Only problem with this is that I suggest you reach out as much as possible to socialise go to the common room and talk to random people as thats the only way if your flat is not as active.
